- Generational conflicts and misunderstandings
- Clear roles, routines and boundaries at home
- Navigating major family changes (separation, patchwork, moving)
- Emotionally supporting children or teenagers
- Improving communication in the household
- Building a more harmonious family culture
- Balancing individual needs with family life
Quick answers for families.
Who takes part in family coaching?
That depends on your topic. Sometimes both parents; sometimes the whole family, including children or teenagers; sometimes just one adult who wants to change the dynamic. Systemic family coaching adapts to your situation – we decide together after the introductory call.
Are children and teenagers included in the sessions?
Older children and teenagers can be included in parenting or family coaching when it makes sense – always voluntarily, and only when it supports them. Often, real change begins with the adults setting a new tone.
How is family coaching different from family therapy?
Family coaching is a resource-focused, forward-looking process for everyday family challenges – communication, roles, boundaries, transitions. It is not a replacement for family therapy of a diagnosed condition, but resolves many recurring conflicts very effectively.
Can family coaching help with patchwork or co-parenting situations?
Yes. Patchwork family coaching and co-parenting support are core themes – clarifying roles, easing loyalty conflicts, agreeing on rules across households and building a calm, respectful everyday life.
