Are coaching fees covered by health insurance?

Coaching and systemic counselling are not medical treatments and are therefore not covered by statutory health insurance. Employers, private supplementary insurance or corporate wellbeing programmes often contribute to the fees – feel free to ask.

How does invoicing work?

After each session you receive an invoice by email, payable within 14 days by bank transfer. For longer engagements I can issue consolidated invoices on request.

Are payment plans available?

Yes. For longer coaching processes I am happy to arrange individual instalment plans. Please mention this during the introductory call.

What happens if I need to cancel at short notice?

Sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance. After that, the full agreed fee applies.

Is the free introductory call really free?

Yes. The 15-minute introductory call is non-binding and free of charge. We clarify whether your concern fits my offering and which format best supports you.
