A professional path shaped by psychology, systems and growth.
Based in Frankfurt · Online across DACH & Europe · Sessions in English or German
My path is shaped by a deep curiosity about people, relationships and the systems in which we live and work. This has grown into a practice that accompanies individuals, couples, families and organisations with empathy, active listening and a non-judgmental, solution-oriented mindset – in understanding themselves and shaping meaningful change.

This guiding principle shapes my work – from the first conversation to tangible progress in everyday life.
Solution-focused
We look forward: concrete next steps, clear priorities and results that hold up in everyday life.
Strengths-focused
Coaching makes your capabilities visible and develops them further – you are the expert on your own life.
Resource-focused
We work with what is already there: your values, experience, relationships and inner strengths as the ground for change.
Foundations in psychology and human development
Solid training in psychology, coaching and personal development – evidence-based and relational.
Experience in complex contexts
Accompaniment through life transitions, leadership challenges, relationship issues and phases of emotional overwhelm.
Empathy, active listening and non-judgmental mindset
My approach is grounded in empathy, active listening and a non-judgmental, solution-oriented mindset – a space where you feel seen and taken seriously.
