If you want clarity, confidence or a calmer way through a demanding phase – and you are open to reflection – individual coaching for personal development is a good fit. Sessions are solution-, strengths- and resource-focused and are not a substitute for psychotherapy of a diagnosed condition.

How many sessions does personal coaching usually take?

Most one-to-one engagements span 5–10 sessions of 60–120 minutes, at a pace that fits your life. We calibrate goals, rhythm and next steps together after the free introductory call.

Is online coaching as effective as in-person sessions?

Yes. Secure video coaching is the default across Germany, Austria and Switzerland – confidential, flexible and just as effective for personal growth. On-site appointments are available by arrangement.
