The middle of working life
At 50 there are often still 15 working years ahead – plenty of time for a new chapter. At the same time, the need for security and responsibility for others are real. Both deserve a place in the process.
Experience as a resource
Life and work experience, networks and people skills are valuable competences. In coaching we make visible what you can do and what drives you – including abilities you take for granted.
Step by step
Reorientation doesn't have to be a radical break. A new role within your company, part-time work with a side project or further training are all possible paths. Small experiments show what feels right.
