The end of a partnership is one of the deepest upheavals in life. Shared plans, routines and often the home itself change. Even when the separation is the right decision, it hurts.

Feelings are allowed to be there

Grief, anger, relief, guilt – after a separation, feelings often shift quickly. All of them are legitimate. What matters is giving them space without losing yourself in them.

Parents remain parents

When children are involved, the couple's relationship ends, but the shared parenthood does not. Children need the security that both parents remain there for them and that they are not caught between two camps.

Reorientation

Over time, space opens up for new questions: Who am I now? What do I want? In coaching I accompany you as you find your footing again and actively shape your future.
